Wijngaard cheese

Black pepper, 150g

These cheeses are cut after approximately 16 weeks of ripening and refined with coarsely crushed black peppercorns. The spice of the pepper is combined into a harmonious whole by the soft, creamy and buttery taste of the cheese.
